Vacuum, Sealing, and Backflow in One: The Working Process of Stretch Film Packing Machine

  1. Vacuum: When the lid of the vacuum chamber of the stretch film vacuum packaging machine is closed, the vacuum pump starts to work, and the vacuum chamber begins to draw a vacuum, simultaneously vacuumizing the packaging bag. The vacuum gauge pointer rises until the rated vacuum degree is reached (controlled by the time relay ISJ). The vacuum pump stops working, and the vacuum stops. While vacuuming, the two-position three-way solenoid valve IDT works, creating a vacuum in the heat sealing gas chamber, and keeping the hot press frame in place.
  2. Sealing: The IDT is turned off, and the outside air enters the heat sealing gas chamber through its upper air inlet. Using the pressure difference between the vacuum chamber of the stretch film vacuum packaging machine and the heat sealing gas chamber, the heat sealing gas chamber inflates and expands, causing the upper hot press frame to move downward, pressing the bag mouth; at the same time, the heat sealing transformer starts to work, and the sealing begins. Meanwhile, the time relay 2SJ starts working, and after a few seconds, it acts, completing the sealing.
  3. Backflow: The two-position two-way solenoid valve 2DT is turned on, allowing the outside air to enter the vacuum chamber. The vacuum gauge pointer returns to zero, and the hot press frame is reset by the reset spring, opening the vacuum chamber lid.
  4. Cycle: Move the above vacuum chamber to another vacuum chamber, and enter the next working process. The left and right chambers alternate work, cycling back and forth.
