However, there are still many customers who do not know enough about the packaging machine, so the knowledge of the maintenance of the packaging machine is only rare. In fact, the specific vertical packaging machine maintenance is divided into three steps, mechanical part, electrical part and mechanical lubrication.

Maintenance of the electrical part of the vertical packaging machine:
1. The operator of the vertical packaging machine should always check whether the thread ends at each joint are loose before starting the machine;
2. Tiny particles such as dust may also affect some functions of the packaging machine. When the probes of photoelectric switches and proximity switches are dusty, they may cause malfunctions, so they should be checked and cleaned frequently;
3. The detailed parts are also more important for mechanical cleaning. For example, regularly use a soft gauze dipped in alcohol to clean the surface of the horizontal sealing electric slip ring to remove the toner on the surface.
4. Some parts of the vertical packaging machine cannot be changed at will. Non-professionals are not allowed to open the electrical parts. The parameters or programs of the inverter, microcomputer and other control components have been set. Any changes will cause the system to be disordered and the machinery cannot work normally.

Lubrication of vertical packaging machine:
1. Rolling bearings are the parts with serious wear in machinery, so each rolling bearing should be filled with grease with a grease gun once every two months;
2. Different types of lubricating oil are different, such as the bushing on the packaging film idler, and the bushing at the front sprocket of the feeding conveyor should be filled with 40# mechanical oil in time;
3. The lubrication of the chain is common. It is relatively simple. Each sprocket chain should be dripped with mechanical oil with a kinematic viscosity greater than 40# in time;
4. The clutch is the key to starting the packaging machine, and the clutch part should be lubricated in time.
